These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products and, where applicable, of services through the site https://www.mrt-infolabdata.com.
We encourage you to carefully read these Terms and Conditions before proceeding with any purchase. By making any purchase fully accept these Terms of Sale.
OUR CONTRACT

If you want to buy one or more of the products shown on the site, you can select them one at a time, adding them to your shopping cart. The sales contract with Infolab Data srl will end only when you send a separate e-mail of acceptance of your purchase offer that will also contain information related to the shipment of the product and the expected date of delivery (“E-mail Shipping Confirmation “). You can cancel your order freely before you have received our E-mail Confirmation Shipment, provided that the order has not been prepared for the shipping process. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCEPTIONS AND RETURN POLICIES
Subject to the exceptions listed below, you have the right to cancel the order made, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day you received the product you ordered (or the final product, lot or piece in the case of goods , multiple lots or pieces delivered separately) or the conclusion of the contract (including, but not limited to, contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium such as a CD or DVD). If you have a person in charge of the withdrawal of your trust, your right of withdrawal starts from the day of delivery of the product to the person designated by you, other than the courier.
You will need to communicate to Infolab Data srl, Via Villabella 18, IT-37047 San Bonifacio (VR), the exercise of the right of withdrawal using the Contact Us. We will send you a confirmation of receipt via email.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the relevant notice is dispatched before the expiry of the 14 day period and that the product is returned to Infolab Data srl through the instructions provided in the confirmation email.

EFFECTS OF THE YEAR OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We will refund all payments received in relation to the product for which you have exercised the right of withdrawal, including costs related to the method of delivery cheaper offer from Infolab Data srl, within 14 days from the day we received the notice on exercise of the right of withdrawal. Make refunds on the same payment method you used to place your order, unless you specified otherwise. In any case, do not hold to any fees as a result of such reimbursement. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:
– Supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery;
– Service contracts after the full performance of the service by Infolab Data srl, if you have expressly agreed to the execution of the service by our accepting the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full execution of the contract;
– Supply of digital content (including applications, software, ebook, MP3, etc.) By a non-material support (for example a CD or DVD) if at the time the order you expressly permitted at the beginning of the execution accepting the loss of the right of withdrawal subsequent to the commencement of execution;
RETURN POLICY
All prices are inclusive of VAT applicable by law.

Please consider that the estimated time of sending and delivery of the products are for guidance only and you can not make total reliance. Once we receive your order, we will communicate via e-mail if some of the products you ordered are not available.
CUSTOMS
If the goods ordered by date Infolab Ltd. were to be delivered outside of Italy you may be subject to import duties and import taxes, payable once the package reaches the specified destination.
